Ballard Brokerage Advisory, LP (BBA) assists clients and customers primarily with brokerage services, such as Buyer Representation/Site Selection and Seller Representation for property sales/leases in office, land, retail and cell towers/rooftops, but BBA also assists in  asset/property management services.

BBA was formed in 2007, and it is an affiliate of Ballard Commercial Services, Inc., which was formed in 2000.

Over his career Marshall has worked at The Howard Hughes Corporation, N3 Real Estate, The Weitzman Group, Transwestern and Goldman Sachs (Archon Group).  Marshall is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU), Baton Rouge, LA, where he earned a MBA Degree and BA Degrees in History and Business.

Marshall is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and he is involved with or is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Texas Real Estate Commission.
